Amy Grazioso is The Employer Group’s Senior Payroll Specialist. Amy has been with TEG since 2004. In fact, other than TEG’s owner Angie Heim, Amy is TEG’s most senior employee. Amy spends her days at TEG processing payroll for several of TEG’s clients and works with TEG’s brand new clients during their onboarding process. Amy also problem-solves any payroll issue that may arise and is ready with a friendly demeanor to answer any questions TEG’s clients have regarding their payroll. Outside the office, Amy and her husband enjoy time camping at Castle Rock Lake, Wisconsin, and vacationing with friends in Las Vegas and Jamaica, to name a few.
Angie Heim is the owner and President of The Employer Group. She’s been with TEG since 1999, purchasing the company in 2007. (see more about Angie in our “Message from Angie” section). Angie is TEG’s original salesperson, business promoter and overall problem-solver. When she’s not in the office, Angie is spending time with her husband and daughters at home or at their cabin, or golfing with friends.
Ashley Aschliman joined TEG in April 2017 and is TEG’s Operations Coordinator. Ashley provides ongoing coordination and support to TEG’s operations and projects. Ashley also assists in developing communication plans and facilitating external communications. She is a graduate from UW-Platteville with a degree in Business Administration. Outside of work, Ashley can be found trying new recipes, watching HGTV, crafting DIY projects, and spending any chance she can get with her nieces and nephews.
Becky Hochhausen is a Human Resources Generalist/Benefits Specialist for TEG. She works with clients and employees on a daily basis to assist them with their HR needs and also administers all of TEG’s benefit plans. She enjoys being part of the company’s TEGiving Back Committee. After closing time you can find Becky reading an e-book, playing volleyball, spending time with her nieces and nephew, taking weekend trips with friends, or watching her favorite television shows.
Bobbi Burg is a recent Sconnie transplant from Iowa and has been with The Employer Group since 2011, working TEG’s Payroll Department. A typical day at work consists of processing payroll and providing enthusiastic customer service to TEG clients and employees. Outside of processing payroll and cheering for both the Badgers and Hawkeyes, Bobbi also enjoys spending time with family. You can also find Bobbi drinking local brews and touring Iowa wineries with friends, going to concerts, and travelling with her husband – from day trips in the Midwest to going half-way around the world to Australia and New Zealand, and anywhere else in between.
Brian Gile is The Employer Group’s Financial Reporting Accountant. Brian has been with TEG since June 2005 when he started as a payroll processor, but has now moved on to accounting duties that include filing various state and federal reports and handling the processing of retirement plan funds. Outside of work Brian enjoys competing in golf and basketball and likes to spend his summer weekends fishing in northern Wisconsin.
Eric Lowry is our resident Controller, handling all things financial at The Employer Group. When Eric isn’t keeping track of TEG’s finances, he’s either playing basketball or softball. Or, he’s coaching youth sports. And of course, you will always find Eric cheering for the Badger and the Packers.
Jami Anderson is one of TEG’s Payroll Specialists. Jami has been with The Employer Group since 2008. She spends her work days assisting clients and employees with questions related to payroll, PTO, taxes or any other questions that may arise. In Jami’s free time she enjoys shopping with her two daughters, boating, volleyball and an occasional mini-vacation away from the kids.
Kiarra Eith started with TEG in August 2017 as an HR Assistant. Kiarra’s work day consists of assisting clients and employees with all new hire paperwork along with other general HR duties. Kiarra recently graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Business Administration. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, playing basketball and soccer, and cheering on the Badgers, Packers, Brewers, and Oregon Ducks.
Linda Greene, PHR, SHRM-CP joined The Employer Group team in May 2014. As a Human Resources Business Partner, she delivers a full range of human resource services to our clients and employees. Simply put, she is a “human resource, resource”! When not at work, Linda is cheering for her boys at baseball in the summer or hockey in the winter. She enjoys reading, scrapbooking, gardening, cooking, traveling to warm places in the winter, and dreaming of having time to play tennis.
Luke Anderson joined The Employer Group (TEG) in July 2009 and currently serves as our HR/Payroll Manager. He previously served as Senior Payroll Specialist. His primary responsibilities include overseeing TEG’s payroll services, working with clients on custom solutions and maintaining TEG’s payroll systems. Luke holds a Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association.
Luke enjoys going to Badger games at his two favorite Madison venues — Camp Randall and the Kohl Center. Once spring arrives you can find him on the local links. He’s also an avid homebrewer and loves trying new craft brews.
Luke Hallett started with TEG in October of 2012 as a Payroll Specialist. After spending a brief amount of time away pursuing a career in the golf business, he returned to TEG as a Payroll/Finance Specialist in September 2016. His responsibilities include processing payroll, and various financial reporting and accounting duties. He is also in charge of keeping employees’ golf games “up to par” in order to compete in charity golf outings. Luke loves watching the Badgers and Packers and, is of course, an avid golfer.
Marcus Neumaier has been with The Employer Group since October 2012, and is an HR Generalist. In this role, Marcus works hand-in-hand with our clients assisting them with their employee relations needs, setting up their Worker’s Comp, and specializing their handbooks. Marcus is well versed in the benefits offered through The Employer Group, and is also responsible for unemployment insurance, and updating The Employer Group’s website. In his free time, Marcus enjoys spending his days outdoors hiking, traveling, or participating sports. Marcus is avid about health and wellness and you can find him most days working out at the gym, or running outside.
Marla Rybowiak is the Director of Operations. Marla provides HR consultation to clients and keeps thing cookin’ operationally. In her spare time, Marla feeds her family, cooks for older adults, and volunteers her time in community-related activities. If she can get her mind off of food, she can be found buried in dense biographies of American presidents, czars, and other powerful heads of state, or planning her next trip to a national park or world heritage site.
Mike Beringer joined The Employer Group team in May 2016. As a Human Resources Business Partner, he focuses on developing human resource strategies that align with our clients’ business needs. He has worked across multiple industries in a variety of human resource related roles, including specialized technical functions and leadership roles. His diverse experience allows him to be an asset to many different types of clients. When he isn’t working, his competitive nature draws him to many different recreational sports, including volleyball, softball, bowling and running to name a few. He enjoys spending time outside with his family, going on walks, swimming, checking out local events or just grilling outside on a warm summer evening.
Skyler is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, having joined TEG in October 2015 as an intern. As an intern, Skyler did stints in Marketing/Communications to develop the TEG Client Newsletter, in Finance to ensure smooth operations and compliance, and of course in Human Resources, where he delivered consultative services to clients with the HR Team. Now, as a Generalist, Skyler has his own clients he works with to provide best practices, consultation, and compliance assistance.
Outside of work, in true Badger fashion, you can find Skyler tail-gaiting near Camp Randall on Saturdays (September through November), enjoying a pitcher on the Terrace (March through October), searching for the best cheese curds (location, TBD!), and playing golf at a local course (weather permitting).
Sue Nolden joined The Employer Group as an Administrative Assistant in September 2014. Sue keeps our files up-to-date, answers phones, distributes mail, verifies and proofs our new employee and new client information and does various projects for TEG as needed.
In Sue’s spare time, you can find her on the golf course with her husband and friends, heading to Lake Wisconsin to make memories with friends and family, cheering on the Badgers and Packers, bowling and spending time with the apple of her eye – her grandson, Carter.
