Clients of The Employer Group work closely with The Employer Group to take advantage of the human resources experience and knowledge of the staff of The Employer Group. This allows the clients to concentrate on their real reason for doing business and allows them to leave the human resources work to The Employer Group.

There are a variety of ways that The Employer Group provides benefits to its clients. These include:

• Counseling on hiring, terminating, and managing employees who work for the client.
• Determining compliance with overtime exemption requirements and other wage and hour law rules.
• Investigating employee grievances.
• Advising the client on questions that arise when specific legal issues develop concerning their employees.
• Suggesting performance management techniques that the client may want to use at the worksite in the operation of the client’s day-to-day business.
• Obtaining Family & Medical Leave Act information for employees who request FMLA leave.
