Effective July 1, 2014, GHC has expanded their HMO network to include providers in Columbia County.  Their HMO network now includes providers at the Divine Savior Healthcare Clinics in Portage and Pardeeville and the Divine Savior Hospital.

For individuals currently enrolled in one of the HMO plans these providers are now available to you.  You can find a list of all in-network providers online at www.ghcscw.com.
