Angie Heim |
Huge Fleetwood Mac fan (just ask her daughter Rhiannon) and lover of statement tees. If it’s sunny and 75, you can find her on the lake; fair-weather golfer, fearless TEG leader, and resident office firecracker.
Angie joined The Employer Group in 1999 as one of its original Payroll Specialists turned Business Promoter. Much of TEG’s growth in its first decade is thanks to Angie, and when the time came, she purchased the business in 2007. In the time following, she built the unique team and culture that, today, makes TEG so special. She takes extraordinary pride in the talented team that makes coming to work a pleasure, and in the success of TEG’s clients. Today, Angie heads the management team, leads client relations initiatives, and is the main contact for onboarding clients.
Amy Grazioso, FPC |
Senior Payroll Specialist
Lover of camping, boating, traveling — preferably to Las Vegas or Jamaica (take your pick), and dart-throwing; she was a third-place finalist in the 2017 Wisconsin State Dart Tournament.
Amy joined the team in 2004 and hasn’t looked back since! In fact, other than TEG’s owner, Angie, Amy is the company’s most senior employee. Amy holds a Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association and as The Employer Group’s Senior Payroll Specialist, she spends her days processing payroll and troubleshooting payroll issues, as well as onboarding new clients. You’ll never meet a person friendlier than Amy, which makes her a popular client go-to to answer any and all payroll questions.
Ashley Aschliman |
Adventurous recipe-tester, Target-frequenter, and HGTV-viewer turned at-home DIYer, though she starts more projects than she finishes.
Ashley joined the TEG crew in April 2017 as the team’s Operations Coordinator. She provides ongoing coordination and support for the company’s operations and manages departmental projects to ensure their success. Multi-talented as she is, she also facilitates external communications, works on client relations, and, perhaps most important of all, supports Angie and makes sure she’s on track.

HR Generalist/Benefits Specialist
Lover of Costco (where you can buy things you never knew you needed), tackler of never-ending home projects, rec volleyball all-star, and doting aunt.
Becky is TEG’s Benefits Specialist and Human Resources Generalist. In her role, Becky manages TEG’s benefit plans, leave requirements, and benefits-compliance concerns for over 3,000 employees. Becky holds an HR certification from the Society for Human Resource Management and a State of Wisconsin Insurance License; if there’s a benefits question, chances are Becky can answer it. She also works with clients and their employees on a daily basis with general HR needs and projects.
Bobbi Burg |
Mom to a human and a cat, Iowa native turned Badger fan. Runner, yogi, traveler (heaven is a camper van in New Zealand). Lover of sweet potatoes and the color purple.
Bobbi has been with The Employer Group since 2012. As a Payroll Specialist, Bobbi’s typical work day consists of processing payroll and providing enthusiastic customer service to TEG’s clients and their employees, verifying time cards, inputting PTO plans, and ensuring employees are paid on time. In fact, Bobbi is so committed to on-time payrolls, she’ll call and email employees to ensure time cards are in and ready for processing by the pay date.
Brian Gile |
Financial Reporting Accountant
Husband and father. Exceptional golfer (2018 Club Champion at Deer Valley Golf Course), enthusiastic sports gambler and spectator, and self-proclaimed craft beer nerd who will happily spend $50 on a bottle of beer.
Since 2005, Brian has grown along with TEG: he’s been a Payroll Specialist, Accounting Assistant, and now serves as the Financial Reporting Accountant. His knowledge of payroll taxes, payroll tax filings, and local compliance requirements allow TEG to process payroll and support clients across the United States. In addition to his already numerous hats, he is TEG’s 401k expert and handles the processing of retirement plan funds, is a graduate of the Leadership Greater Madison, and is a member of the board of directors for the Madison School and Community Recreation organization.
Eric Lowry, CPA |
Fierce loyalist and fan of the Packers, Badgers, and Brewers (take your pick). Softball player, bicycle rider, expert BBQer and in-house grill master.
Eric joined TEG shortly after Amy, narrowly becoming TEG’s third most tenured employee (behind Angie and Amy). As TEG’s Controller, Eric manages the company’s finances, generates financial reports, keeps Angie’s spending in line, and corresponds with state agencies (his favorite pastime is ranking which state has the best hold music: currently it’s Arizona). Eric further works with clients on complicated accounting practices and end-of-year filing requirements. An active member of the community, Eric currently sits on the board of directors for the Verona Area Chamber of Commerce.
Jami Howard, FPC |
Mother to a child from each of the last 3 decades: the 90s, 2000s, and 2010s (which also happens to be the most popular Pandora station in the office). Enjoys sand volleyball and the color teal. Adds nacho cheese sauce as a side to almost everything she eats (don’t knock it ‘til you’ve tried it).
Jami joined the TEG crew in 2008 and has been working as a Payroll Specialist ever since. Jami’s had some of the same clients since she started at TEG, and has developed working friendships with many of them. Jami holds a Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association, and she spends her time assisting clients and their employees with questions related to local payroll requirements, payroll taxes, pay stubs, and PTO.
Kiarra Eith |
Mom to Levy (a dog, not a human). Golfer, rec basketballer, and club soccer all-star. Loves to cheer on her Badgers, Packers, Brewers, and Oregon Ducks (not random — she’s an alum).
Kiarra joined the TEG team in August 2017 as an HR Assistant after graduating from the University of Oregon with a degree in Business Administration. Kiarra’s day-to-day involves assisting clients and their employees with new hire paperwork, managing TEG’s unemployment accounts, auditing benefit reports, and providing support to clients and the HR team.

HR Business Partner
Wife and mom to two sons, currently enjoying that empty nester life. Loves to bake and to try out new recipes when she’s not reading, scrapbooking, or gardening. Currently dreaming of her next trip to sunny Cancun.
Linda brought decades of HR experience with her when she joined TEG as an HR Business Partner/Superhero. She holds HR certifications from the HR Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management. Linda loves building relationships with TEG’s clients and co-employees. She partners with clients on challenging HR needs and projects, ranging from employee relations and onboarding, to employment law concerns, compensation, and policy development.
Luke Anderson, FPC |
Husband, father, and craft beer aficionado. Loves going to Badger games at his two favorite Madison venues: Camp Randall and the Kohl Center. Born and raised on the east side of Madison; enjoys exploring the west side.
Luke joined TEG in July 2009 and currently manages the payroll department, having previously served as Senior Payroll Specialist. His primary responsibilities include managing TEG’s payroll services and working with clients on custom solutions. He is also the internal IT expert, maintaining TEG’s payroll systems and network administration. Luke holds a Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association and is a graduate of Leadership Greater Madison.

Fan of the Badgers and the Packers (the only acceptable teams to root for at TEG). PGA certified golf pro charged with keeping employees’ golf games up to par to compete in charity golf outings.
Luke couldn’t ever stay away from TEG for too long; he started as a Payroll Specialist in 2012 and, after a brief time away pursuing a career in the golf business, returned as a Payroll/Finance Specialist. At TEG, Luke works with clients and employees to ensure the timely processing of payroll, updating demographic and pay information in the payroll system, and auditing reports.
Marla Rybowiak |
Director of Operations
Chicagoan from the Southside who’s the office’s resident yogi. Enjoys dancing and singing — even if it’s just alone in her house. Loves nothing more than hunkering down with a dense biography of an American president, czar, or other powerful head of state.
As TEG’s Director of Operations, Marla keeps the office humming. She also provides leadership and direction to the HR team, and often facilitates their development through mentorship. Marla directs our client seminar series and learning opportunities, partners with clients on strategic HR needs and executive coaching, and works with clients at the time of onboarding. Marla also remains active in the Madison community, where she is currently adjunct faculty at the University of Wisconsin teaching professional development and interviewing skills.

HR Business Partner
Husband, father, intense question-asker, and self-proclaimed cat owner/hater. Likes to unwind with a gnarly brew following a passionate game of volleyball or hand of poker. Prefers to engage in calming activities, like SCUBA diving with sharks off the coast of Fiji.
Mike brought a diverse skillset to TEG when he joined the team as an HR Business Partner. He’s got experience across multiple industries, with multi-state employers, and brings a breadth of HR and leadership experience, and holds a certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. As an HR Business Partner, he focuses on developing human resources strategies that align with clients’ business needs. Because of his diverse background, Mike is a strong asset to many different types of TEG clients.
Skyler King, SHRM-CP |
Self-professed lifelong learner, average golfer, and mediocre painter. Would love to return to his favorite travel destination, Lisbon, but could skip Paris this time around. TEG’s resident millennial.
Skyler first joined the TEG crew as an intern. He couldn’t stay away for long and returned to TEG full time after he graduated from UW-Madison. In his role as an HR Generalist, Skyler partners with his clients to deliver best practice recommendations related to employee relations, policy development, compensation questions, navigating state and federal employment laws, and other HR needs. He also manages TEG’s largest client, and works closely with management to ensure proper support across the organization.
Sue Nolden |
Operations and Payroll Assistant
Wife, mom, dog mom, mother-in-law, grandma (whew!). Passionate golfer and cheerleader for the Badgers and the Packers. On the weekends you can find her at Lake Wisconsin or crafting her next project.
Sue joined The Employer Group as an Administrative Assistant, and there’s never been a dull moment for Sue. She keeps files up-to-date, answers phones, distributes mail, receives packages and shipments, and verifies that new client and new employee information is entered correctly in the payroll system. And, most important of all, she ensures the employee lounge is fully stocked and ready for a happy hour at a moment’s notice.
Tiffany Andrews |
Wife to Ian, dog mom to Rizzo. Newly minted Wisconsin resident from Illinois, and still adjusting to the transition (beer, cheese, and Packers, oh my!). Impeccable photographer, lover of glitter, and fan of the number Pi. In fact, she’s got a degree in mathematics and puts on a full celebration for 3/14, including pie, banners, and balloons.
As an HR Generalist, Tiffany partners with her clients to ensure their HR needs are met. She works with clients on employee relations concerns, engagement, benefits, and other projects as needed. She also helps clients match their organizational needs with talent and works with the HR team on specialized projects. Oh, and she’s a whiz at Excel!
