Electronic W-2 Registration

In January 2025, The Employer Group will once again offer you the option to receive your 2024 W-2 electronically through your Employee Access – the same account where your pay stubs are provided!

What if I signed up last year? You will be automatically enrolled to receive your W-2 electronically once again this year.

How do I know if I signed up last year? On the W-2 page in your employee portal, you will receive a message that says, “You are currently enrolled to receive your W-2 electronically…” at the top of the page.

What are the benefits of an electronic W-2?

✓ There’s significantly less possibility that your W-2 may be lost or stolen
✓ You don’t have to wait for it in the mail
✓ It’s available sooner and is ready to access for at least two years
✓ It’s possible to access your W-2 electronically from any device

The process for giving consent to receive the electronic W-2 is quick and easy. Please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Employee Access account here: https://teg-ep.prismhr.com
2. Click on the W-2 menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Read the Terms and Conditions.
4. Select the box next to “I agree to the terms and conditions for receiving my W-2 electronically from The Employer Group”.
5. Click “Enroll”.

After your consent is received, you will receive your W-2 electronically in all future years unless you withdraw your consent. You will receive an e-mail in January when your W-2 is ready for download.

If you choose not to receive your W-2 electronically, a paper copy of your W-2 will be mailed to your home address. If you have changed your address in the past year and did not tell TEG, please let us know by emailing [email protected].
