Adam Feldt |

Payroll Specialist

Recent UW-La Crosse grad from Middleton, WI. Sports fanatic, specifically Badgers and Packers. Outside of work you can find Adam golfing or disc golfing.

Adam joined TEG in July 2024 as a Payroll Specialist. Adam’s typical workday consists of processing payroll and providing exceptional customer service to TEG’s clients and their employees. Adam is also responsible for reviewing timecards, reviewing and entering new hire paperwork, and maintaining the organization of payroll records.

Alexa Ponty |

Operations Assistant

Proud rescue mom to Kitkat (cat) and Marshall Mathers/M&M (dog). Her first flight ever was 24 hours to Australia (go big or go home!). On the weekend you can find her attending a concert, hockey game, cage fight, or trying a new restaurant.

Alexa joined TEG in 2023 as a Payroll Specialist. Alexa’s typical workday consists of processing payroll and payroll-related changes for clients and employees. Alexa provides excellent customer service by assisting clients and their employees with questions related to local payroll requirements, payroll taxes, pay stubs, and PTO.

Amy Grazioso, FPC |

Vice President

Lover of camping, boating, traveling — preferably to Las Vegas or Jamaica (take your pick), and dart-throwing; she was a third-place finalist in the 2017 Wisconsin State Dart Tournament.

Amy joined the team in 2004 and hasn’t looked back since! In fact, other than TEG’s owner, Angie, Amy is the company’s most senior employee. Amy holds a Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association and as The Employer Group’s Payroll Manager, she spends her days managing the payroll department, managing TEG’s payroll services, and working with clients on custom solutions.

Angie Heim |

Senior Executive

Huge Fleetwood Mac fan (just ask her daughter Rhiannon) and lover of statement tees. If it’s sunny and 75, you can find her on the lake; fair-weather golfer, fearless TEG leader, and resident office firecracker.

Angie joined The Employer Group in 1999 as one of its original Payroll Specialists turned Business Promoter. Much of TEG’s growth in its first decade is thanks to Angie, and when the time came, she purchased the business in 2007. In the time following, she built the unique team and culture that, today, makes TEG so special. She takes extraordinary pride in the talented team that makes coming to work a pleasure, and in the success of TEG’s clients. Today, Angie heads the management team, leads client relations initiatives, and is the main contact for onboarding clients.

Ashley Aschliman |

Operations Coordinator

Adventurous recipe-tester, Target-frequenter, and HGTV-viewer turned at-home DIYer, though she starts more projects than she finishes.

Ashley joined the TEG crew in April 2017 as the team’s Operations Coordinator. She provides ongoing coordination and support for the company’s operations and manages departmental projects to ensure their success. Multi-talented as she is, she also facilitates external communications, works on client relations, and, perhaps most important of all, supports Angie and makes sure she’s on track.

Bailey Nesheim |

HR Specialist

MATC graduate and dog mom to Spot! Outside of work you can find her hanging out with friends and family, or seeking out new coffee shops around the area.

Bailey started with TEG in April 2023 as an HR Assistant. Bailey’s day consists of assisting clients with account needs, handling new hire paperwork coordination, employee relations issues, employment verifications, and much more! Bailey also coordinates client recruitment activities by assisting our HR department with job postings, applicant tracking, phone screens, and other recruitment efforts.

Bob Steinich |

Controller

Husband, dad to 4, and golfer. Sports fan of Packers, Badger, Bucks, Brewers, and Cubs. In the summer you can find him at rodeos with his family and in the winter his weekends are spent watching his sons play basketball.

Bob brings 20 years of private, public, and outsourced accounting experience to TEG. As Controller, Bob ensures that TEG is financially sound by reviewing and analyzing a variety of financial data, managing the budget, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Among other duties, Bob also manages our PEO and financial compliance activities, including payroll tax reporting, workers’ compensation, unemployment insurance, overseeing 401(k) financial transactions, and PEO state registrations.

Bobbi Burg, FPC |

Senior Payroll Specialist

Mom in a house full of boys that includes a husband, 2 sons, and a cat. Iowa native turned Badger fan. Runner, yogi, traveler (heaven is a camper van in New Zealand). Lover of coffee, sweet potatoes, and the color purple.

Bobbi has been with The Employer Group since 2012 and holds a Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association. As a Payroll Specialist, Bobbi’s typical work day consists of processing payroll and providing enthusiastic customer service to TEG’s clients and their employees, verifying time cards, inputting PTO plans, and ensuring employees are paid on time. In fact, Bobbi is so committed to on-time payrolls, she’ll call and email employees to ensure time cards are in and ready for processing by the pay date.

Brian Gile |

Financial Reporting Accountant

Husband, father to 3, commissioner of office sports pools. On the weekend you can find him golfing, fishing, and/or spending time in northern Wisconsin.

Since 2005, Brian has grown along with TEG: he’s been a Payroll Specialist, Accounting Assistant, and now serves as the Financial Reporting Accountant. His knowledge of payroll taxes, payroll tax filings, and local compliance requirements allow TEG to process payroll and support clients across the United States. In addition to his already numerous hats, he is TEG’s 401k expert and handles the processing of retirement plan funds and is a graduate of the Leadership Greater Madison.

Colleen Rogers |

HR Consultant

Proud mother of two (grown-up) boys, Bailey and Logan. Volunteer Ski Patroller in the winter; golfer, boater, bicyclist in the summer. She recently found a passion for travel and has a long “must-see” list of future destinations.

Colleen joined TEG in 2023 as a Human Resources Consultant. Colleen came to TEG with 30 years of experience in the field of human resources from employee relations to policy development, benefit strategies, and strategic planning. Colleen supports her clients with new employee onboarding, compliance, employee relations issues, training on employment matters, and everything in between.

Elissa Glebs |

Payroll Specialist

Dog mom to two old rescue dogs, Tucker and Bear. Cat mom to Diesel and Dixie. Outside of work you can find her sipping a Chocolate Crème Pie martini, enjoying her collection of air plants (named Gladys and the Pips, and Hazel), or listening to an audible book.

Elissa joined TEG in May 2024 as a Payroll Specialist. Elissa’s typical workday consists of processing payroll and payroll-related changes for clients and employees. Elissa provides excellent customer service by assisting clients and their employees with questions related to local payroll requirements, payroll taxes, pay stubs, and PTO.

Jackie Trevorrow, SHRM-CP |

HR Consultant

Self-proclaimed “foodie on a budget,” obsessed mom of daughter, Berkley, and dog mom of Riggins (only the cutest chonkiest Corgi this side of the Mississippi). Enjoys getting flights (the beer kind) with her husband at area breweries, long walks through Costco aisles (mostly for samples), going camping and relaxing on her family’s pontoon boat. Just like most people, her favorite beverage is gravy.

Jackie joined the TEG team in February 2023 as an HR Generalist. She supports clients with employee relations issues, compliance, trainings on employment manners, handbook updates, recruitment, and so much more.

Jami Anderson, FPC |

Payroll Specialist

Mother to a child from each of the last 3 decades: the 90s, 2000s, and 2010s (which also happens to be the most popular Pandora station in the office). Enjoys sand volleyball and the color teal. Adds nacho cheese sauce as a side to almost everything she eats (don’t knock it ‘til you’ve tried it).

Jami joined the TEG crew in 2008 and has been working as a Payroll Specialist ever since. Jami’s had some of the same clients since she started at TEG, and has developed working friendships with many of them. Jami holds a Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association, and she spends her time assisting clients and their employees with questions related to local payroll requirements, payroll taxes, pay stubs, and PTO.

Jared Baldwin |

Benefits Assistant

Avid movie goer (especially scary movies!), New Orleans Saints fan, also enjoys basketball and UFC. Outside of work you can find Jared playing video games with his friends or hanging out with his fur family: Indy (dog) and Wednesday (cat).

Jared joined the TEG team in October 2023 as a Benefits Assistant. Jared’s day consists of processing benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations in an accurate and timely manner. Jared also handles open enrollment assistance, leaves of absence administration, COBRA administration, special projects, and direct employee and client communication.

Jason Keip |

Payroll & Implementation Specialist

Recent UW-Eau Claire grad. Dedicated sports fan (especially football – go Packers!) and a Lord of the Rings fanatic.

Jason joined TEG in 2020 as a Payroll Specialist. Jason’s typical work day consists of processing payroll and payroll related changes for clients and employees. Jason provides excellent customer service to clients by providing payroll information and guidance to employees and clients and assisting them with any payroll issues. Jason also maintains the organization of payroll records.

Jenna Crook, SHRM-CP |

HR Consultant

Wisconsin sports fan, true crime enthusiast, and dog mom to Stevie. Outside of work you can find Jenna at a winery, brewery, or anywhere else with live music.

Jenna joined TEG in June 2023 as an HR Generalist. Jenna assists her clients with new employee onboarding, compliance, employee relations issues, recruitment, and everything in between.

World traveler (most notable places – Denmark, Iceland, and Aruba), Wisconsin Badgers fan (her dad was a Wisconsin football player!). Outside of work you can find her listening to live music, preferably country concerts.

Jessica joined The Employer Group in April 2022 as a Human Resources Generalist. She spends her days supporting her clients with new employee onboarding, employee relations issues, talent management, and compliance. Jessica also helps her clients with employee handbooks, training on employment matters, and so much more.

Payroll Specialist

Recent UW-Eau Claire grad, born and raised in Waunakee, WI (the only Waunakee in the world!). Lover of wine (preferably any shade of pink!) and slightly obsessed with teacup pigs.

Jordan joined TEG in 2021 as a Payroll Assistant. Jordan’s typical work day consists of processing payroll and providing exceptional customer service to TEG’s clients and their employees. Jordan is also responsible for reviewing time cards, reviewing and entering new hire paperwork, and maintaining the organization of payroll records.

Kiarra Eith |

Vice President

Mom to Levy (a dog, not a human). Golfer, rec basketballer, and club soccer all-star. Loves to cheer on her Badgers, Packers, Brewers, and Oregon Ducks (not random — she’s an alum).

Kiarra joined the TEG team in August 2017 as an HR Assistant after graduating from the University of Oregon with a degree in Business Administration. Now as TEG’s Benefits Coordinator, Kiarra’s day-to-day involves assisting clients and employees with all of their benefit questions and needs, auditing benefit reports, and managing leave of absences, Workers’ Comp administration, and benefits enrollment and administration.

Proud Firefighter/EMT, avid outdoorsman- hunting, bow, shooting, fishing, you name it! Kyle enjoys spending his free time with family, his dog, and friends.

Kyle joined The Employer Group in 2024 to provide fee-based safety consulting services to a wide variety of industries. He is committed to partnering with employers to ensure they are creating a proactive safety culture and reducing the frequency of incidents and injuries in the workplace. His ten years of experience in health and safety roles include conducting and facilitating mock DOT and OSHA audits, leading safety trainings, performing industrial hygiene sampling, developing site-specific safety plans, and analyzing fleet safety programs.

Luke Anderson, FPC |

President

Husband, father, and craft beer aficionado. Loves going to Badger games at his two favorite Madison venues: Camp Randall and the Kohl Center. Born and raised on the east side of Madison; enjoys exploring the west side.

Luke joined TEG in July 2009, holding previous roles as Senior Payroll Specialist and most recently, Payroll Manager. As Vice President, his primary responsibilities include onboarding new clients, working with clients on custom solutions, and overseeing TEG’s payroll systems. Luke holds a Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association and is a graduate of Leadership Greater Madison.

Luke Hallett |

Payroll Specialist

Proud dad to Brooks (son) and Shelby (dog). Fan of the Badgers and the Packers. PGA certified golf pro charged with keeping employees’ golf games up to par to compete in charity golf outings.

Luke couldn’t ever stay away from TEG for too long; he started as a Payroll Specialist in 2012 and, after a brief time away pursuing a career in the golf business, returned as a Payroll/Finance Specialist. At TEG, Luke works with clients and employees to ensure the timely processing of payroll, updating demographic and pay information in the payroll system, and auditing reports.

Lynn Bredeson |

Payroll Specialist

“Cool” aunt of the family (great-aunt too!). Sports fanatic, specifically Badger Volleyball, Badger Women’s Hockey, Packers, and Brewers. Lynn also enjoys traveling and has been to 26 states!

Lynn joined TEG in May 2024 as a Payroll Specialist. Lynn’s day-to-day consists of processing payroll and providing exceptional customer service to TEG’s clients and their employees. Lynn assists clients and their employees with questions related to local payroll requirements, payroll taxes, pay stubs, and PTO. Lynn also maintains the organization of payroll records.

Lynn McNeil |

Benefits Coordinator

She and her husband work hard to ensure their two housecats enjoy a comfortable life. Bookworm, sourdough baker, houseplant whisperer (yes, she talks to them). When she’s not learning Russian, you can find her cheering on the pro cyclists in the Monument and Grand Tour races.

As TEG’s Benefits Coordinator, Lynn provides expert guidance, support, and problem solving to both Administrative Services Organization (ASO) employees and clients. In her role, Lynn also ensures timely benefit plan administration and compliance. She researches, analyzes, and assists with the development of ASO client benefit strategies, programs, and policies, and much more!

Madison Ryan, SHRM-CP |

HR Consultant

UW-Madison alumni (and yes, proudly named after the school). Outside of work you can find her golfing, reading, or snuggling with her 2-year-old kitty named Manon.

Madison started with TEG in August 2024 as an HR Consultant. She supports clients with employee relations issues, compliance, trainings on employment manners, handbook updates, recruitment, and so much more.

Mike Beringer, SHRM-CP |

Director of Compliance & Quality

Husband, father, intense question-asker, and self-proclaimed cat owner/hater. Likes to unwind with a gnarly brew following a passionate game of volleyball or hand of poker. Prefers to engage in calming activities, like SCUBA diving with sharks off the coast of Fiji.

Mike brought a diverse skillset to TEG when he joined the team as an HR Business Partner. He’s got experience across multiple industries, with multi-state employers, brings a breadth of HR and leadership experience, and holds a certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. As TEG’s HR Manager, Mike ensures that the Human Resources team provides the services and tools our clients need to be successful. He oversees the daily operations of TEG’s Human Resources services, while still providing high-level HR services to several of our clients.

Parker Cage |

HR Specialist

Recent UW-Whitewater grad. Minnesota native (but now on the right side of the river), lifelong Packer fan. Outside of work you can find him on the golf course!

Parker joined the TEG team in September 2022 as an HR Assistant and recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources Management. His day-to-day consists of employee onboarding, running reports, special projects, and direct client management. Parker also coordinates client recruitment activities by assisting our HR department with job postings, applicant tracking, phone screens, and other recruitment efforts.

HR Consultant

Two-time national champion rugby player (UW-Whitewater), born and raised in Oregon, WI. Loves to cheer on the Packers, Badgers, or Bucks to their next championship.

Riley joined TEG in November 2019 as an HR Assistant. He graduated from UW- Whitewater with a degree in Human Resources Management. As their HR representative, Riley assists his clients with recruitments, new employee onboarding, employee relations issues, and everything in between.

Benefits Specialist

HR Assistant by day, gymnastics coach by night. Lover of all Wisconsin sports teams. In the summer you can find her on the sandbars or sand volleyball court.
